The world-famous Glass Skywalk is an architectural marvel that extends 65 feet out over the edge of the Canyon, with a drop of 4,000 feet. As you walk out onto this amazing structure you can see the Canyon below you through the platform’s glass floor.
Located just outside the Glass Skywalk area you’ll see have a chance to experience Hualapai Indian culture through Native American performances and the Indian Village, where dwellings have been constructed by local tribes following ancient methods.
Our next stop is Guano Point, one of the most scenic spots for enjoying lunch outdoors. This is a plateau surrounded on three sides by the splendor of the Grand Canyon. After lunch, we’ll go on a leisurely hike along a trail extending out into the Canyon.
When we’ve finishing our hike, you’ll take a 10-minute helicopter ride to the bottom of the Canyon. Once there you’ll board a pontoon boat for a ride along the Colorado River, taking in the majestic views of the Canyon along the way. The helicopter will then take you back to the top for your transfer back to the Phoenix area.

“Take a tour, from this company, but do NOT do the west rim/ sky walk”
Reviewed by Ellen from East Grennich, United States on May 2nd, 2012 the tour company was/is wonderful. Our pilot Chris was very professional and knowledgeable. One thing needs to be mentioned up front- the sky walk tour caters to the Asians! These folks are bussed in from Vegas, and push, shove, travel in hoards, and are rude. The tribe running the operation caters to these folks, so be prepared for long lines and expect to be pushed and stepped on. Chris made it a point to see we went to the head of the line all along the stops. The skywalk is impressive, but not worth the aggravation. Last negative comment is the meal they try and pass off. If you don't have a meal voucher, it is $16. The food is inedible--overcooked bland chicken, overcooked corn, string beans and instant mashed potatoes. I am not sure the dining on the south rim is any better, but my advise, pack a lunch! As for tours of the grand canyon, our guide said, when asked what is the best tour, do the south rim! Much better tour with less hassle. All in all, great experience, great planes
