Sit back and relax in an air-conditioned luxury coach as you drive through north-west French landscapes with a guide initiating you into the history of this region.
Upon arriving, you will fall under the spell of this city of Flanders, nicknamed "the small Venice of the North," with its typical architecture, colorful charm, art of living, and its old traditions.
Your pedestrian guided tour through the heart of the old city will include stops at the "Beguinage" (Begin Covent), the Place du Bourg with the Saint-Sans Basilica, the Gothic-style town hall, and finally the magnificent Grand Place. See the quaint houses with decorated facades and the nearby "Halles" (an indoor market with a belfry).
Then take a cruise along the waters of Bruge's canals (operated between 01 April and 31 October). Enjoy free time for lunch, and then wander around the city center, stopping to buy lace and Belgian chocolates, or taking time to visit the collection of Flemish art at the Groeninge Museum, before returning to Paris.
