It was very convenient because it was at the cruise terminal when we arrived on the ship.

Watch out for packed buses at popular stops

Good, though at the Vondelpark it got frantic when a crowd of people desperate to get on the bus blocked those wanting to get out through the back door.

Really well-priced.

At first glance the ticket seems pretty expensive. But you get a lot out of it, the descriptions (via headphones) are very informative and worthwhile. This is the fastest way to gain an overview of a city, and to learn a lot about its inhabitants. You can get off the bus whenever you want to spend more time at a given sight.
