You can stop the ride at any interesting point and then catch up again with the next bus which comes by every 30 minutes. Since the bus comes punctually to the drop-off and pick-up points, you can plan a visit easily. Since the weather was really great during our stay, we were able to sit on the upper deck of the bus and get a grand view of everything. The explanations in German were informative and helpful and were available with through headphones that you can pick up. Since we naturally couldn't see all the important sights in just one day, we booked a second day to see the rest of the stops.
  The tour seems justifiable for the price.
  A pick up from the hotel is free if you register in advance and you should double check the day before to make sure that it went through. We could have used the free transport back.

The audio guide worked well. Only down point: The bus routes don't follow a clear timetable. Buses come all at once, then there are big gaps without any. You just have to stand at the bus stop and wait.

Because the bus is open-topped, it's recommended to take something to protect you from the wind e.g. scarf or hood.

Wegen Änderung der Uhrzeit den Anbieter kontaktiert und von einer Mitarbeiterin problemlos und sehr freundlich geändert. Vor Ort war dem Abholer die geänderte Zeit jedoch nicht mitgeteilt worden. Nach einem Telefonanruf wuden wir jedoch sofort abgeholt. Die Tour an sich läuft sehr gut ab. Man sieht sehr viele Orte. Die Informationen, die man über Kopfhörer bekommt, sind jedoch sehr mangelhaft. Die meiste Zeit hört man nur Musik oder nicht mal die!
  Da hätte ich mir doch mehr über die Geschichte, die Sitten und Gebräuche, die Kultur und Küche Maltas erwartet. Die Busse sind okay, die Strassen jedoch in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Die Tour ist jedoch insgesamt zu empfehlen.

Hypogeum kommt man nur hinein, wenn man im Vorfeld Karten übers Internet gebucht hat (mind. zwei Monate im Voraus). Die Tarxien Temples, Vittoriosa Waterfront, Zejtun (erster Halt) sind toll. Ghar Dalam ist nett. Allerdings steht nirgendwo, dass die Falknerei bereits um 15:00 Uhr schließt, so dass man hier nicht vernünftig planen kann. Die Eintritte sind teilweise auch nicht ohne (Tarxien Temples 6 Euro, Ghar Dalam Cave 5.50 EUR, Hagar Qim 9 Euro, Stand April 2013).Hagar Qim ist auch für "Steine Muffel" durch das Museum sehr nett aufgebaut und anzusehen. Blaue Grotte war wieder ein Erlebnis, allerdings waren die Wellen dieses Mal zu hoch, so dass keine Boote fahren konnten, aber landschaftlich sehr toll. Empfehlenswert ist das Restaurant auf der Dachterasse.
  Nachteil auch hier,bei der Ankunft in Sliema steht man da & kann warten bis vielleicht ein Transfer in den Ausgangsort angeboten wird. Zum Hotel wird man auch hier nicht zurückgebracht.

Anders als die Konkurrenz fährt diese Tour auch in den Süden zum Blauen Grotto, was sehenswert ist.

Problem war eigentlich nur, dass man sich vorher klarmachen musste, wo man genau aussteigen will und was man besichtigen will, denn wenn man mal aus dem Bus draußen war und die Besichtigung nur kurze Zeit in Anspruch nahm, musste man teilweise sehr lange auf den nächsten Bus warten. Außerdem waren die Folgebusse dann so überfüllt, dass man keinen Sitzplatz mehr hatte und damit auch keinen Anschluss mehr für den AudioGuide-Kopfhörer. Ansonsten eigentlich war es positiv, die Insel ist klein und damit überschaubar. Die gleiche Tour für den Nordteil haben wir dann direkt vor dem Hotel gebucht.

Allerdings werden die Busse am Nachmittag immer voller und manchmal kommt man nicht mehr mit und muß geduldig auf den nächsten Bus warten, in der Hitze. Es wäre gut, wenn es kleine Unterstellhäuschen geben würde, mit ein bißchen Schatten. Der Ablauf des Ticketverkaufs Online war sehr gut. . .

  Eine interessante Tour, die an den wichtigsten Orten Südmaltas vorbeiführt. Im Preis ist sogar eine 2stündige Hafenrundfahrt inkludiert. Vom Oberdeck aus genießt man die tolle Lanschaft und bekommt zusätzlich inetressante Infromationen via Audio-Kommentar.
  
  Einziger Kritikpunkt: Abfahrten nur stündlich, am Sonntag nur bis 12 Uhr. Daher weniger für "Hop-On Hop-Off" geeigent. Trotzdem empfehlenswert für alle, die nur kurz auf Malta sind und wenig Zeit haben.
