Enjoy sips of the white wine that came into fashion in the roaring 20s that has since become the symbol of the authentic Madrid tavern. Pay attention to the olives too, which go together well with the wine.
Continue on to your next stop, where you will sample sherry wine paired with Jamón Ibérico de Bellota. This ham is from free-range pigs that roam oak forests along the border between Spain and Portugal, and is cured for 36 months or more.
Head to your final stop which will showcase a diverse array of Spanish wines with accompanying tapas, which you can savor before heading out either to take in the nightlife or head back to your hotel.
