  • Rating: 5 “Best optin to explore Madrid.”

Reviewed by Dimitris from Athens, Greece on October 28, 2014 Very good.

  • Rating: 5 “Best way to see the city!”

Reviewed by Sharon from Oldham, United Kingdom on October 7, 2014 Best was to view the fabulous city architecture. Only drawback is the traffic that can make for a slow journey. Booked a 2 day ticket then used the metro to get about when we had seen everything from above ground.

  • Rating: 4 “It was nice tour.”

Reviewed by Mikhail from Pleasanton, United States on September 15, 2014 Good

  • Rating: 4 “Great way to see the main areas of the city!”

Reviewed by a GetYourGuide Customer from Clayton, United States on September 12, 2014 I always recommend a hop on hop off tour to really see and learn the areas you are visiting. My biggest upset is that there is not a half day option for those that arrive to a city late in the day and do not have much time and the 1 day pass makes no sense as you do not have a whole day to utilize the pass that you pay for. A half day pass would be a fabulous add to options.

  • Rating: 3 “An introduction to the city of Madrid”

Reviewed by George from Stow, United States on September 7, 2014 The ride and presentation were not well timed making it difficult to sometimes know what we should be looking at and the stops were not well described.

  • Rating: 4 “recommendable”

Reviewed by Petra from Wien, Austria on August 15, 2014 they offer 2 tours. busese are running on a 8 to 9 minutes basis which is very practical. there are also some connection points between the 2 routes. night tours are also offered. a great way to c the city and get around as well.

  • Rating: 5 “good value to catch the sights, much simpler, easy booking on line too”

Reviewed by Pam from Longforgan, United Kingdom on May 29, 2014 perfect, stayed on for the whole way around the first time then decided where to pop off and on to get most from our 2 days. It makes it clear how close some areas are to others and the metro stations which helped for planning our evenings too!
Only slight comment is that I have been on these buses in Barcelona and lisbon and in these places the bus waited until everyone was seated before driving off which is much better.
They need to make more of some places such as the Mercado San Miguel which is fab for good value tapas (1 euro from numerous stalls) and drinks.
Love Madrid and had a great time, again

  • Rating: 4 “route 1 and 2 can be covered in 1 day easily”

Reviewed by UdaiKrishnan from Trivandrum, India on May 20, 2014 good trip, givers a fair overall of the city's overall in one trip

  • Rating: 3 “Nice tour”

Reviewed by a GetYourGuide Customer from Silkeborg, Denmark on May 20, 2014 We enjoined the trip. To start there was a lot of fuss with the digital ticket i showed in the bus . (??). The guide was very helpful to get my digital ticket converted to a paper ticket.

After all, we had a nice trip

  • Rating: 5 “Madrid Hop On”

Reviewed by Lawrence from Conway, United States on April 29, 2014 We only had one day to spend in the beautiful city of Madrid, so we opted to book the Hop On Bus and it was the best decision we could have made. We boarded the bus the first thing in the morning and rode through the entire route to determine which stops we want to spend our time. Then on the second time around, we were able to get off and experience the different places we wanted to visit before boarding the next bus to the next stop. The perfect way to spend a day in Madrid.

  • Rating: 4 “Everything was like planned and a good service.”

Reviewed by a GetYourGuide Customer from Voesendorf, Austria on November 3, 2013 We enjoyed very much the tour, and the city. There was no problem at all, and all related to the booking and service went smooth.
We plan to do it again one day. With thanks.

  • Rating: 4 “Easy, practical, recommend it!”

Reviewed by Johann from Rudersdorf, Austria on March 18, 2013 Good so far! Nobody can do anything about the weather. But it'd be better to have a bus without side windows, for when it's raining!

  • Rating: 5 “Lots of interesting info, very exciting”

Reviewed by Dennis from Berlin, Germany on February 14, 2013 Hop on/Hop off tours are generally something I'd recommend. The buses come every 10-15 minutes and you can always get on and off wherever you want. There are 2 lines that go to all of the important sights in Madrid, even in winter.

  • Rating: 3 “Lovely city, bus was ok :)”

Reviewed by Frida from Ermenswil, Switzerland on December 20, 2012 Unfortunately the descriptions weren't synchronized with the sights. So most of the time you didn't know which building was in front of you. Too bad! Madrid is lovely!

  • Rating: 5 “Easy to book, very helpful tour bus staff, and great way to see things”

Reviewed by MIchael from Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom on November 13, 2012 Very easy to book online. Tour bus staff were great on all the buses, audio was informative, and would certainly recommend. We booked the two day ticket for a short visit, and thought it well worth it.

Reviewed by a GetYourGuide Customer from Vancouver, Canada on October 11, 2012 This is a wonderful way to see the attractions of this amazing city and I highly recommend it! (Rain warning: The upper-deck seats next to the windows (even on the buses that are enclosed on the top deck) can become wet if it is raining heavily so, if it is raining, bring several paper towels to dry your seat. You will still enjoy the sights!)

Reviewed by Juerg from Niederhasli, Switzerland on October 10, 2012 We have used similar offers in other cities and have always been satisfied with what has been offered. It is a good way to get a first impression of a new city. Also the itinerary in Madrid was very good.

  • Rating: 4 “Relaxed sight-seeing.”

Reviewed by Siegfried from Gräveneck, Germany on October 5, 2012 Hola, thanks very much for the 2 days of sightseeing in Spain's metropolis. Thanks to the many opportunities to get on and off you get to explore the city on your own terms and you get enough time to see everything. A small suggestion for improvement would be to label which of the tours shown on the map are the extended ones. The riders as well as the bus drivers were very friendly and helpful throughout. Muchas gracias
