  • Rating: 5 “Pleasant and informative.”

Reviewed by Michael from Birmingham, United Kingdom on November 7, 2014 The November day I took the Sightseeing Tour was warm and dry enough to for me to sit on the upper deck of the open top bus, providing a great view of all the sites. The recorded commentary via earphones synchronised perfectly with the progress of the tour, thanks to pauses being inserted when there was traffic congestion. My ticket also included a Thames river trip which time didn't allow me to use but I got full value from the hop on/hop off facility alone

  • Rating: 5 “Easy transaction using app.”

Reviewed by a GetYourGuide Customer from Chicago, United States on November 5, 2014 Easy transaction using the app., quick turn around showing voucher then getting tickets. Buses/staff very nice.

  • Rating: 2 “the routes are not well explained which made waste too much time.”

Reviewed by a GetYourGuide Customer from Sherman Oaks, United States on October 12, 2014 The routes repeat the same streets this makes the tours too boring and a big waste of time. Taking in consideration that the traffic in London city is very heavy you need to make things easier for the tourist. Having to print the voucher was another inconvenient tourists normally do not have printers and we have to pay for it. The iPad or cellular should be enough as it is for air tickets all over the world. I do believe that maybe these buses are only good in big cities my experience in Washington DC was fabolous but in London I ended up using the tube... I wasted so much time that I could not take advantage of the boat....

  • Rating: 4 “Very practical”
