The whole family thoroughly enjoyed it, (apart from the queing but you get used to this in London) The views from the Eye are extraordinarily good.

Reviewed by Michelle from Leeds, United Kingdom on August 8, 2014 Easy to find, obviously, but quite a walk to the Eye and then the queues are huge. Bit daunting when you see the size of it. Splendid views and well worth the money

  • Rating: 4 “Outstanding”

Reviewed by a GetYourGuide Customer from Etobicoke, Canada on July 11, 2014 The line for tickets could have moved a little faster if it had not been for the big columns in front of the ticket counters. You cannot see around these columns. The pods were spacious and the views from all angles was great. I would definitely recommend this attraction.

  • Rating: 4 “excellent way to get another perspective on always interesting London”

Reviewed by John from Mosman Park, Australia on July 10, 2014 Booked on-line fromAustralia which was simple. Picked up tickets by showing voucher at ticket office in the County Hall next to the Eye where there is a dedicated Fast Track counter. About a one minute wait here. The onto the eye via the Fast Track lane, again abouta one minute wait. Great perspectives of London and the surrounding areas. Absolutely worth the effort even for cynical travellers. Very efficient service and recommend Fast Track which means no delays even at the height of the tourist season.

Reviewed by Lynn from Long Sutton, United Kingdom on June 24, 2014 Would have missed it , if it wasent for the Guy at the EYE.

  • Rating: 4 “We enjoyed both the London Eye and the included Thames River cruise.”

Reviewed by Michael from Wichita, United States on June 18, 2014 The only thing that would have made the experience better would be explicit instructions for exchanging the voucher for actual tickets at the Fast-Track kiosk. There was a long line at the kiosk and only one attendant working, so it took almost an hour to make the exchange. Fortunately we had a couple hours before boarding time for the river cruise. Once we received our tickets, we were able to get on the London Eye before taking the river cruise, so everything worked out well. The view of the city is awesome from the London Eye, and the river cruise was educational and enjoyable. It should be noted that the 4D experience is free to all visitors (no ticket required), and was well done. Visitors are offered pictures for sale after the 4D experience is completed, but there's no pressure to buy.

  • Rating: 4 “Superb!”

Reviewed by Nozipho Ciswell from Passage West, Ireland on June 10, 2014 Had such a great experience though had to upgrade to a fast - track ticket as queues were so long and did not fancy standing in the searing sun. Will use the service again.

  • Rating: 5 “great view from London eye.”

  • Rating: 5 “Great experience, well organised & a must when visiting London!”

Reviewed by Debra from St Ives, Australia on June 4, 2014 Had a wonderful time at the London Eye, great experience which I would recommend as your first stop for sightseeing as it gives you your bearings on the city. Well planned boarding & on boarding, plenty of room to take photos, not overcrowded. Would recommend the fast track which I used which made it even easier!

  • Rating: 4 “A little confusing finding out where to go,”

Reviewed by Helen from Redcliffe, Australia on June 2, 2014 I had purchased a fast track ticket and it took a couple of different places at the Eye before I found out where to go. For those who live overseas it seemed as if there places to buy tickets but actually with a voucher I was not sure where I needed to present the voucher to receive my ticket. I loved the experience

  • Rating: 5 “A suddenly shocking view of a marvellous carpet of houses and building”

  • Rating: 4 “Seamless and flexible.”

Reviewed by Gayle from Grand Rapids, United States on April 16, 2014 If you like the assurance of knowing you have a reservation for a short wait in line but don't want the restriction of a designated time then this is a great option for you. Picking up our tickets was easy. You can either pick them up and sight see and come back later, or just wait to pick up your tickets right before you want to experience the London Eye. As long as you use them the day that you reserve them for you are good. A simple, must do attraction with amazing views.

  • Rating: 5 “Everything was perfect”

Reviewed by Sue from Tewkesbury, United Kingdom on December 29, 2013 Although folk thought we were crazy to spend £10 each to skip the queue, we found it brilliant. Straight in to get out ticket then straight on the Eye avoiding the long trail of people. We were lucky to have chosen a good clear day so could see for miles so the trip was made extra specilal.
