At the entrance I was told it was not a ticket & I had to go to the ticket office to exchange the voucher for a ticket. At the ticket office there was only 1 person at the desk & a large queue. It took 20 minutes to get the tickets, we then had to queue in the priority line which was not too bad. My point here is that you made me exchange 1 piece of paper for another! All in all not a very 'skip the line' experience

Then had to queue at another booth to exchange the voucher for the tickets then go back to the original queue to get on the gondola. A great experience once on, fantastic views.
  My advice?...make sure you read the small print!
  Also we went on a very busy day (31st Dec) so that obviously added to the queues.

I was left puzzled as to why we had not made a whole circumfrence of the wheel. Some obviously did but I can assure you that we did not move up or down or sideways (!) for the whole 20 minutes. The viewq we had was magnificient but I should still have liked to feel the thrill of moving up and around.
  The fast track wasn\'t that fast but I guess one couldn\'t complain when among huge crowds on a school half-term holiday.
