“Hop On Hop Off is a great way to tour London at your own pace.”

Reviewed by Sara – The Woodlands, United States on August 12, 2015 We were given headphones to listen to descriptions of areas of interest as we passed; we had a heads up before we arrived at each interest; from the top of the double decker bus (open on top deck) we had an excellent view of everything. Buses ran on schedule and the drivers gave us individual help with directions and sights. Next trip we take this is the way we'll tour, again. There are 3 HO HO bus lines in London, all with similar routes and scheduled stops. Ours, The Golden Tours HO HO, was great, AND we got one free extra day (through March 2016 I believe).

“Very disapointed w the service. Would not recomend. Ruined our trip”

Reviewed by Marie – Rutherford, United States on August 1, 2015 Disaster! We booked this tour because we only had 2 days in town with our teen children. It was recommended by a friend taking into consideration our short stay figuring it would be the best way to see the highlights of London. The $121.00 paid for a 24 hour pkg was the biggest waste of our money. This company claims to pick up at various locations every 20 minutes. With this in mind we purchased our Hop on/off package, viewed its stops and then went ahead & booked entrance tickets to various tourist attractions. We missed many of our pre purchased, pre scheduled tours due to the fact that the "hop on/off" bus never showed. Within this 24 hour period we had to take & pay for 3 separate cabs when buses didn't show. We actually waited over an hour at one location (with many other upset patrons) as a representative present swore the bus was stuck in traffic but was on its way. Ironically enough within this hour a different bus tour had no trouble getting their bus thru, 5 times!!
