Start the sightseeing tour next to the London Eye. From here, it's time to hop on board the mighty Duck, the kooky vehicle that’s a splash of fun among the capital’s black cabs and traditional red double-deckers.
Swing past the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and the Prime Minister’s home at number 10 Downing Street. Next stop in London is Trafalgar Square, while your guide provides action-packed commentary. You'll even see Buckingham Palace and St James’s Palace.
Zip past the Tate Britain and zoom through Westminster. The Duck might look a little incongruous among the capital's most exclusive streets, famous hotels, and fancy stores, but that’s part of the Duck's charm.
The Duck is quite the British institution too. Invented in 1942, 21,000 of these real-life Duck transformers were used during D-Day to bring supplies from ships to Normandy's beaches. In fact, in 1944, Ducks brought 18 million tons of supplies ashore to France over 4 months, saving countless lives.
After all that sightseeing, it’s time to take the Duck off the road and into the River Thames! At a water ramp right next to the MI5 headquarters, the Duck truck will zoom into the muddy waters and become a boat in a dramatic river landing. For the next 30 minutes, pretend you're in a James Bond movie and enjoy an exhilarating Duck ride up and down the River Thames in an adventure for all ages.
To be sure, the bright-yellow Duck truck is merry enough to make even the grumpiest Londoner smile.

Reviewed by James from Cannock, United Kingdom on June 10th, 2013 We really enjoyed this trip.. The guide was friendly and very informative, keen to answer any questions and make sure everyone was getting what they wanted form the trip
The plunge into the river was quite exciting and it was quite a novelty to go on land and in the water.
Only down side was the guide asking for tips at the end of the tour. It makes it seem a bit shoddy when they do that!

“It was something different to offer to our visitors from Holland.”
Reviewed by a GetYourGuide Customer from Worthing, United Kingdom on June 7th, 2013 We were seated at the front with totally restricted view behind driver which meant one of our party had to move to the only remaining seat at the rear. The leg room in the front seats was very cramped. Your commentator was very enthusiastic and worked hard on the commentary. A little more info about the 'Watermen' might have been interesting for those passengers not already conversant with their role on the river and the qualifications required.

“Great fun trip in an eclectic vehicle round a well planned route.”
Reviewed by Allan from Bromsgrove, United Kingdom on November 21st, 2012 We had some spare time in London while there to watch the tennis at the 02 and my mother-in-law had heard from a friend about this trip, and it came highly recommended. So we booked it up. It turned out to be a dull and wet day when we did the tour but that did not spoil it at all. In fact, I'd say it's a good way to occupy yourself on a miserable day, more so that the London Eye,(next door) which really needs clear conditions to be at its best. The route was well thought-out to maximise the famous sights seen and the highlight, near the end, was about 20 minutes cruising the Thames opposite the Houses of Parliament. The guide took a very light-hearted approach but still packed in a wealth of facts about the sights we passed en-route. Great fun, good value and highly recommended.

“not value for money”
Reviewed by Michele from Stoke on Trent, United Kingdom on November 9th, 2012 booked this for myself and 9 year old daughter - her first time in London. Was very disappointed. THe tour only incorporates the city part of capital and so most landmarks are not included. Time on the water was limited and does not go up to tower bridge. Ended up booked big tour bus so could see the areas we wanted to.
