After every tour, Travelers can rate their Guide according to 5 criteria: Overall Impression, Service, Communication Skills, Expertise, Reliability and Safety. In addition, Travelers are encouraged to share their experience in the form of a written, personal review.

ProSEAL

Our ProSEAL is awarded to Guides with an official certification or license. Guides who have acquired a special qualification in a relevant field may upload documents certifying their skill. Our ProSEAL demonstrates a Guide's experience and background in his field.

We Care

Users that spot inappropriate or illegal content may report abuses by labelling tours or user profiles with a red flag. Tours or Guides that are flagged will receive immediate attention. In case of a confirmed abuse or violation of our rules and policies, we reserve the right to end tour listings, limit account privileges, suspend user accounts or refer users to law enforcement in the most severe cases.
