The Armed Forces History Museum has the most spectacular military history collection in the state of Florida. Join this tour to experience military history in an interactive, dynamic, exciting, and informative way.
This tour provides an up-close look at artifacts, vehicles, and extremely rare items. Visual and sound effects enhance the already exhilarating experience. Visitors are encouraged to climb stairs and look into the cockpit of a MiG-21 supersonic jet, or look through the museum's Attack 42' Navy Submarine Periscope that is permanently placed in the middle of the Navy area. Thrill seekers love the Motion Theater Simulation Ride, which makes you feel like you are flying in an F-18 Hornet or in a WWII Seahawk over Iwo Jima. Suddenly you are part of the action!
Group pricing is available for groups of 15 or more. A guided tour is included with group reservations. Expect 1 to 1.5 hours for the guided tour. A non-profit exhibition hall dedicated to preserving the honor and memory of our fighting forces, the Armed Forces History Museum depicts history's most visceral conflicts with vivid audio-visual flair. Visitors wind their way through the massive space to absorb more than a dozen artifact-packed permanent exhibits, including replicas of iconic wartime scenarios. Revisit the beginning of modern combat by walking through a WWI trench, for example, or gain new understanding about life in the Axis in the midst of a German village outpost.
