Coach and Pisa guide were both knowledgeable and fluent in both languages being used. Lucca guide was poor and appeared to struggle with moving between the languages. The whole group became bored very quickly. I would recommend the tour took one same speaking group around whilst the others had free time, then it was reversed.
This tour was a great day out for us, it made visiting Pisa and Lucca hassle free as we did not have transport. The guides had great knowledge and were very relaxed and made the group feel comfortable.
It was a very nice experience. Thanks
This tour was well organized but I felt it was rushed. We had the hopes of Climbing the tower of Pisa but there was just not enough time. I do recommend if this is a must for you then to do Pisa on its own and prebook your ticket to climb. I really found it is good to prebook all your excursion or tickets to places prior to leaving for your holiday. This tour was a multi language tour so really recommend to try to book it your own language so you don't feel like you miss out on here information because it so time consuming explaining the same information in so many languages.
