  • Rating: 4 “Informative and hilarious .”

Reviewed by Moira – Nairn, United Kingdom on May 15, 2015 An interesting introduction to Edinburgh life in times gone by. Guide and companion kept it light hearted whilst telling some of the more gruesome occurrences relating to the treatment of witches/murders etc. Folks of all ages from kids to pensioners took part and all seemed to enjoy it though some of those from other countries were somewhat bemused at times. Some expected a more serious approach to the historical facts. Overall, however, everyone seemed to enjoy it and the personalities and humour of the guides were much appreciated.

  • Rating: 4 “Funny but not value for money”

Reviewed by ben – United Kingdom on April 18, 2015 I enjoyed the tour, the tour guide was great. Funny and we had fun but as far as a ghost walk goes this wasnt what i expected. We didnt really go anywhere other than some dirty allyways- previous ones i have been on include a graveyard or orher similar 'haunted' location. This had none of that. I feel bad for not saying it was fab because the tourguide was good but it felt like a waste of money.
