  • Rating: 3 “unfortunately a bit unmanageable”

Reviewed by Thomas from Wals-soezenheim, Austria on October 8th, 2012 Please note in the overview that the plenary hall and the other government buildings aren't included in the tour

  • Rating: 5 “Was great”

Reviewed by Markus from Glis, Switzerland on October 3rd, 2012 We had coffee and pastries in the Reichstag building, and booked the TV tower as part of 2 days of sightseeing. Everything went perfectly, wonderfully organized. Great

  • Rating: 3 “Recommend it only a few conditions”

Reviewed by Renate from Carouge, Switzerland on August 22nd, 2012 Definitely recommend the fact that you don't have to wait in line to get to the elevators. However the restaurant was really crowded with 2 tour groups there at the time we had reserved, and we had to wait for half an hour before we could take our seats. It was easy to see that the other two groups were offered a selection of delicious cakes, whereas for us (2 people) there was only a dried-out butter cake left over!! To bad, we hadn't expected that from 'Käfer' !

  • Rating: 4 “Perfect”

Reviewed by Andreas from Persenbeug, Austria on August 20th, 2012 Everything was the best, coffee and pastries were all right, the sightseeing was worth seeing.

  • Rating: 4 “Informative and relaxing at the same time.”

Reviewed by Barbara from Schwalmtal, Germany on August 14th, 2012 The visit to the glass dome with audio guide is a real must. In the Käfer cafe we unfortunately had to argue with the staff because we wanted to eat another cake, though we naturally payed the difference. At the start Mrs. Pichler was very stroppy, but it got better. The sightseeing our with the bus was trouble free and we got a great comprehensive overview of Berlin. Thanks a lot for that!

  • Rating: 5 “All went well, brilliant!!!”

Reviewed by Nico from Ballenstedt, Germany on August 8th, 2012 We were all very satisfied. The tickets were ready.

Reviewed by Manfred from München, Germany on July 29th, 2012 Good

  • Rating: 4 “Very informative and well-organized”

Reviewed by Paul from Lauf, Germany on July 21st, 2012 The 2-day ticket offered us the advantage of getting the tour done in one go one the first day and you then get an overview of where you'd like to spend more time on the second day. The visit to the Reichstag with coffee and pastries was perfectly organized. We got to go past the mass of visitors in the Reichstag quickly to go onto the Cupola. The coffee and pastries at the rooftop cafe were ok, even though we weren't able to choose the pastries. Only downside: the ticket seller on the corner of Kurfurstendamm and Rankestraße didn't give us any headphones. We weren't able to get them until later.

  • Rating: 5 “everything was the best, perfect”

Reviewed by Thomas from Bad Tölz, Germany on July 12th, 2012 well-organized, everything went perfectly, definitely recommend it. Even in the Reichstag and in the café everything went perfectly, everyone was very friendly and obliging.

  • Rating: 4 “Problem-free visit to the Bundestag without having to register in advance”

Reviewed by Gertraud from Bad Wörishofen, Germany on July 9th, 2012 Getting into the Bundestag was no problem, we didn't have to wait in line. Our reservation in the Käfer Café also went fine, the pastries were average. Overall a cool experience- seeing the Bundestag and Berlin from above

  • Rating: 4 “First-rate!!”

Reviewed by Rolf - Peter from Duisburg, Germany on June 17th, 2012 The restaurant was too modern and had too cold of an atmosphere for me. Very friendly staff. The toilets could have been cleaner.

  • Rating: 3 “It went alright..”

Reviewed by Hans from Gangelt, Germany on May 27th, 2012 Picking up the voucher is very inconvenient if you book at the last minute. At Cafe Käfer there was unfortunately a pretty poor selection. At the Reichstag it would have made sense to visit the parliament.

  • Rating: 4 “From the booking all the way up till the event, everything went perfectly.”

Reviewed by Maren from Neustein, Germany on May 23rd, 2012 I highly recommend the transaction and the event. Everything was great!

  • Rating: 3 “Unfortunately the invitation only included a little cake.”

Reviewed by Waltraud from Schaffhausen, Switzerland on May 23rd, 2012 It would have been nice to be able to select our own cake. The accompanying pile of cream couldn't even make up for this.

  • Rating: 4 “Everything was well prepared. We were very content.”

  • Rating: 4 “Expensive, but worth it to see the Reichstag. Take photo ID!”

Reviewed by Robert from Gainsborough, United Kingdom on April 3rd, 2012 A bus tour is always a good introduction to a city. It was OK if you got off the bus and back on at the same place but if not, the stops were not identified. This tour was more expensive than others (some were 9 euros) but access to the dome of the Reichstag was brilliant. The security staff were reluctant to let my wife in as she did not have photo ID with her. Your company must alert tourists to this. Fantastic views from the restaurant but the cake was below average!

  • Rating: 5 “All worked out really well!”

Reviewed by Gabriele from Wegberg, Germany on February 12th, 2012 We were in Berlin 08.02.2012 - 10.02.2012 and could only get a place for 10.02. We could do the city sightseeing tour as soon as the 9th though. It all worked out great. Definitely recommended. (Seen as you can only book the Reichstag in advance and not on-site) There was some tasty coffee and cake to be had.

  • Rating: 4 “Sightseeing and Reichstag fitted perfectly together.”

Reviewed by a GetYourGuide Customer from Gladbeck, Germany on February 6th, 2012 Buses weren't always heated enough in the blistering cold. Otherwise the sightseeing tour was very informative, but also very dry. The commentary was lacking the true "Berlin attitude". Coffee and cake in the dome of the Reichstag was very welcome, really nice atmosphere.

  • Rating: 4 “Well organised and went smoothly.”

Reviewed by Clemens from Pasching, Austria on December 18th, 2011 The 10am ticket collection was a bit early as the Reichstag tour took place at 3.30pm, however it wasn't really a problem as you can spend the day seeing other sites.

  • Rating: 4 “It all worked well. I'd recommend it.”

Reviewed by Anselmo from Bellinzona, Switzerland on November 12th, 2011 Everything was as described; we were contacted with information e.g how to pick up the voucher. It was very relaxed, which is important as you don't always have email while abroad. We did 2 hours of sightseeing with extensive, detailed descriptions in the chosen language.
The offer of the Reichstag visit without queuing is recommended, as depending on the time, the queue can be quite long.

  • Rating: 4 “It was the best, I'd do it again!”

Reviewed by Anne from Wermelskirchen, Germany on November 11th, 2011 Although our booking details weren't at the pick-up area, everything was sorted by the lovely employee. She asked for our details to be sent by fax, then we could begin. The city tour was very informative and the dome visit with the audio guide was interesting for the kids. We enjoyed coffee and cake at Käfer at the end of the day. A smoothly running package, and thanks to the staff who didn't leave my 82 year old mother standing at the door, despite her forgetting her ID.

  • Rating: 4 “Interesting trip, well organised”

Reviewed by Claudia from Krefeld, Germany on November 11th, 2011 The trip was very interesting, we saw all the attractions but the bus journey was boring, particularly due to road-works. Information on the band was interesting and informative. The organisation of the dome visit was perfect, we were greeted by name - and the table reservation at Käfer was good.
Overall recommended, but make sure you sit at the top as you don't see much from underneath. We did a complete round to get an overview, then travelled with the Tube to the places we wanted a closer look at, which was faster than with the bus. For first-timers who want to see everything then later get off and see the attractions, it's really good.

  • Rating: 4 “Very well suited!”

Reviewed by Punter from St. Valentin a.d.H./Südtirol, Italy on November 3rd, 2011 The city sightseeing tour was very informative, only in the Reichstag we were on our own.

  • Rating: 4 “Unproblematic transaction at the entrance.”

Reviewed by Theo from Basel, Switzerland on October 16th, 2011 All went really well, we are happy to recommend your deal.

  • Rating: 4 “City tour and Reichstag without having to queue - well organised.”

Reviewed by Wolfgang from Weiterstadt, Germany on October 12th, 2011 We were there with a group but 2 people dropped out at the last minute because of illness - cancellation and refund weren't a problem. Thank you
