“interesting, well arranged but too long time”

“Everything went great, apart from the friendliness of the staff!”
Reviewed by Waltraud from Knittelfeld, Austria on May 8th, 2013 The tour in itself is very lovely and interesting. The one thing is that the friendliness at the ticket distribution and on the part of the bus driver leaves a lot to be desired. I'd read about that issue a lot in reviews- too bad that the advice hasn't been passed on the staff yet.
Reviewed by Jose from caterham, United Kingdom on January 13th, 2013 My wife and I had a wonderful time. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. All staff friendly, efficient and well informed. Thank you.
“Pricing was ok”
Reviewed by Andrea from Karlsruhe, Germany on October 23rd, 2012 Maybe you'd need a bit more time to take a look at the castle and the park. Maybe also include a stop in the inner city.
“For this price, too few descriptions.”
Reviewed by Pierre from Köln, Germany on October 21st, 2012 Few descriptions, little to see. Including the break.
“A great trip to a gorgeous area.”
Reviewed by Ruedi from Cham, Switzerland on October 15th, 2012 Everything was well-organized. It's too bad that we didn't get to stop in Potsdam's old city. (We would have had enough time for it). Otherwise I'd really recommend this trip.
Reviewed by Werner from Germersheim, Germany on September 29th, 2012 well-organized
“So yeah, sometimes it turns out like this…I'd been expecting more.”
Reviewed by Rolf from Muhen, Switzerland on September 24th, 2012 The driver was a bit cranky, on the drive over to Potsdam he got pulled over by the police and questioned, since apparently he had been holding up other people on the road. We had to wait on the bus for 40 minutes until the police let us drive on….The tour itself wasn't bad. The audio commentary was a bit brief. I would have liked it if they'd included a tour of the palace garden, and I would also have been prepared to pay extra for that.
“comprehensive, concise portrait of Potsdam, tailored to individual preferences”
Reviewed by Axel from Greifswald, Germany on September 15th, 2012 overall worth the price, though more information would be nice
“This was a nice detour in Potsdam”

“Potsdam is worth a visit.”
Reviewed by Dagmar from Münchn, Germany on August 30th, 2012 The tour is interesting. Unfortunately the audio connections at a lot of the seats weren't working, so that you couldn't understand what was being said (this was also due in part to the loud noises the bus made along the drive). Too bad, since you don't stop at all in Potsdam, and you hardly get to see the old, inner city.
“This tour should not lack, when you're in Berlin. Amazing!”
Reviewed by Chris from 'S-GRAVENHAGE, Netherlands on August 29th, 2012 From the KFDam to Potsdam (or some other spots in Berlin), including a guided bus-tour through Potsdam, gives you an very satisfying view of a major part of Potsdam. Being 'dropped of the bus' means that you're have two hours of time to spend near the most beautiful sightings of Potsdam, including Schloss Sanssoucie, Neues Palais and Orangerie. We really enjoyed this tour and can recommend it to anyone who want to visit the major attractions in Potsdam.

“It was a very comfortable bus ride with good audio narration.”
Reviewed by Deborah from Fairfax, United States on August 3rd, 2012 Very comfortable bus ride with lots of leg room and air conditioning. The headset audio tour was easy for my 85 year old aunt to work (unlike the Ipods at other tours) and had good, clear information. There was time to walk around the grounds, but an extra hour would have made it possible to tour the inside of the palace.
Reviewed by Erich from Gebroth, Germany on July 30th, 2012 2 hours is hardly enough time, they should turn the half-day tour into a day-long tour.

“A great tour with a very nice driver”
Reviewed by Marita from 73312, Germany on June 18th, 2012 I fully agree with my brother, H.J. Liptak. As he wrote, it was a very nice day tour with a very nice driver, who gave us tips and explained a lot outside what was presented through the headphones. Many thanks!
“We were very satisfied with the tour and our great bus guide.”
Reviewed by Marita from 73312, Germany on June 18th, 2012 Everything was really good, even the weather. We were very satisfied with everything and would recommend this provider any time. A highlight was our bus driver, a 50-ish year old blonde woman who took us back to Alexanderplatz at the end and gave us another sightseeing tip while waiting in traffic. She said we should visit the Hofbrauhaus on Alexanderplatz. I want to highlight her with this review.
Reviewed by Anna from Griesheim, Germany on May 18th, 2012 would book again anytime
“Expected more, too little time. Nice to see Potsdam.”
Reviewed by Clemens from Schoenau, Germany on April 24th, 2012 Classic bus tour with info on a recording. Potsdam by bus didn't show the city in its entirety. The Sansoucci park is better to visit when in bloom, with tickets when it's open. Otherwise: wait or come back again.
“A waste of time and way too expensive”
Reviewed by a GetYourGuide Customer from Kelkheim, Germany on April 14th, 2012 We left from the Alexanderplatz stop at 9.45 at a snail's pace to the Kurfürstendamm stop, where more fellow travelers got on. We drove out of Berlin at 10:35 and arrived in Potsdam around 11:30. Then we went on a tour around Potsdam. We got to the Sanssouci castle around 12. Since the bus was already returning to Berlin at 2:10 we barely had enough time to visit the castle, since the visiting hours were pre-scheduled (with a waiting time of about 1 and a half hours). The tour provider wasn't aware of this fact. We had already been led back to the bus. Because of this, it's inevitable that you end up going to visit it on your own and thereby add to the cost of your trip. Whoever wants to take their time visiting Sanssouci castle, the new Palace and the other sights worth seeing in the park should make the trip on their own (it's a lot cheaper and faster to get there by taking the S-bahn and then a bus). You can take a local tour to visit Potsdam.
“Even though there wasn't a tour guide, it was very good.”
Reviewed by a GetYourGuide Customer from Wabelsdorf, Austria on April 9th, 2012 Learned a lot over the headphones. Remarkably friendly and helpful Bus driver. Unfortunately, no tour guide to answer additional questions. We didn't speak a lot of time at the castle. We weren't able to view all of the rooms. We only got a brief overview of it. It would have been a better day if we had gotten to see more.
Reviewed by Anita from Gaishorn am See, Austria on October 12th, 2011 It's a shame that there's no stop in Potsdam - the Dutch quarter in particular is worth a stroll around...Also there wasn't the opportunity to visit the palace - the first free time was just at departure.
“Good info as you go along”
Reviewed by a GetYourGuide Customer from Emmendingen, Germany on October 10th, 2011 Good info as you go along, not always totally synchronized with the bus's position and in some cases completely against the direction of travel ("On your left you can see..." actually corresponding to an object on the right hand side). Two hours n Sanssouci was a bit too long, 1 hour would have been better and would then give you a chance to see the Cecilienhof and the New Palace too.
“My wife liked it very much.”
Reviewed by Mischa from neuss, Germany on July 9th, 2011 My wife was satisfied with everything.
Reviewed by a GetYourGuide Customer from Bonn, Germany on July 5th, 2011 A wonderful tour, thank you to the great guide.
“No guide on bus to explain tour. No touring on foot of Potsdam town.”
Reviewed by a GetYourGuide Customer from New York, United States on May 12th, 2011 Too long at Palace. Very boring. No guided tour information from your company.
Too little info on your recorded tour headsets. No explanation of the town of
Potsdam except for maternity clinic facts, and no way of exploring town on foot. Very disappointing.
