“Excellent Tour and guide”
Reviewed by antonia from Tain, United Kingdom on October 16th, 2012 I now know why there are so many windmills in the Netherlands......windy is an understatement. Regardless of the weather, we had a great time. Zaamse Schans is unique and beautiful. The cheese factory tour was okay...nothing special, but still interesting. Volendam was also lovely. We enjoyed the day very much. I really recomend this trip to see windmills and The Netherlands traditions! Nice way to see the countryside. Excellent tour...little crowded though and wish we had more time at the Windmills. Very informative guides and trip to fishing village was great. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Good value for money. The lady guide and driver were very good. Righly recommend.

“Very nice, entertaining combination tour”
Reviewed by Roberto from Zürich, Switzerland on May 31st, 2012 The guides could have been a little bit more informative, but they don't have an easy job when you realize that they're translating what they say into three or four languages. I was never board. The visit to the diamond factory was a welcome change. I would recommend this tour.

“Beautiful tour, unfortunately tight with time, side costs too expensive”
Reviewed by Natascha from Osburg, Germany on May 29th, 2012 All in all, it was a beautiful tour. Unfortunately, the length of the stay was very tight with time. After taking off with the city tour, the tour guide was very nice and friendly. She translated in numerous languages and you unfortunately needed to concentrate very intensely to hear her on the bus's loudspeaker. At some of the stops, you couldn't tell if you were hearing your language. After a break of almost 1.5 hours, it went on with a new bus and some new participants. This time there were headphones and you could choose your language at the location. I found this good and could understand what was being said this time. The sights were also pretty, but sometimes too expensive. In the windmill village, for example, you needed to pay three euro for entrance to every mill and we only had 45 minutes for the entire village. Also, other services there were extremely expensive (5.90 euro for a water and cola, for example!)

“The tour is very good.”
Reviewed by a GetYourGuide Customer from Fribourg, Switzerland on May 7th, 2011 We liked it very much. The tour of the cheese factory can probably be left out, as they just tell you how the cheese is made. Otherwise the tour is great.
